About the Role

The Commercial Manager is a key member of the Finance and Business Services team at REA Group, responsible for driving financial growth and efficiencies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Manage and own month-end close and results
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
  • Prepare detailed revenue, cost, and non-financial KPI analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Drive financial performance through data-driven recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
  • Extract and analyze data from multiple systems to meet group reporting requirements
  • Build and validate business cases for new products and initiatives
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify industry trends and consider implications for REA
  • Ensure compliance with relevant controls and regulations
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience and a strong understanding of financial markets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience
  • CA qualified, with Big 4 experience preferred
