Job Title: Merchandise Lead

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards.

  • Lead the execution and maintenance of merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store
  • Team building and development, ensuring that the Operations and Merchandise teams are trained as per their role requirements and are efficient in all processes and systems
  • Demonstrate, lead and coach a high level of customer care conduct
  • Drive sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures
