Online Leadership Opportunity

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a retail professional to elevate their leadership skills as an Online Manager. As the point of contact for the online department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience that is engaging and inspiring for customers, team members, and the wider community.
About The RoleThe online department plays a pivotal part in getting orders selected and packed by Personal Shoppers in-store. Orders are then collected or delivered through our click and collect/concierge service or via our Coles delivery vans.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team with strong coaching and development expertise
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, manage costs effectively, and oversee rosters
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
- Develop a deep understanding of our diverse customer base and continually seek ways to enhance their experience
- Foster a collaborative culture that celebrates success and recognizes individual contributions
