About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of mobile fleet and other equipment in accordance with our established procedures and documentation.
  2. Conduct general maintenance, breakdowns, services, and component change outs to a high standard, ensuring optimal equipment performance and efficiency.
  3. Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM, and computer-based systems to support your work.
  4. Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  5. Carry out pre-start checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A trade qualification as a Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 2 years post-trade experience in the mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry.
  3. Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component change outs, and servicing of CAT and Hitachi mobile equipment.
  4. Experience in vehicle air conditioning systems is desirable.
  5. A HR driver's licence is desirable.
  6. A proven commitment to health and safety at all times.
