Workshop Supervisor

**About the role**

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to be based at our LinkSA depot located at Murray Bridge, South Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Service, maintenance, repairs, and warranty work to our bus fleet.
- Supporting the Asset Manager
- Maintain information flow into our bus maintenance program
- Organize workflow through the workshop
- Reports directly to Head of Assets
- Liaise with Bus operations for vehicle requirements
- Complete repairs to engines, gearboxes, brakes, diffs, suspensions, chassis, electrical and body components.
- Diagnose and repair general mechanical and electrical faults.
- Quality control and inspect repairs as completed.
- Adhere to safety instructions while performing work
- Hands on Role - 60/40 on floor/ office work

**About you**:

- Relevant Diesel Mechanic qualification or experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a transportation company (Bus or Heavy Vehicle), with a desire to progress your career. Light Vehicle Mechanic will be considered.
- Qualified tradesperson, with experience in maintenance servicing. Can be associated trade, diesel fitter, auto mechanic, auto electrical.
- A ‘hands on’ team player with experience in delivering best practice.
- HR Licence an advantage. Paid C-HR licence upgrades (if needed)
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- A professional and positive attitude
- Good people and communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Experience with maintenance systems an advantage.
- Experience in Scania, MAN, Volvo, Cummins and Mitsubishi vehicles an advantage.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
