**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team at a leading correctional centre.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To provide mental health care, triage and assessment, coordination and delivery of nurse-led clinics, health promotion activities, liaison with the interdisciplinary team, care planning and reviews.
- To work collaboratively with multiple disciplinary teams.
**Essential Qualifications & Skills:**
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the relevant health agency.
- Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with email and electronic patient record systems.
- Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in daily practice as a Registered Nurse.
