The role of a Loyalty Program Manager is pivotal in driving strategy and innovation to enhance member engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop loyalty strategies by designing and implementing innovative programs that create value for members and are commercially sustainable.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of our loyalty app, ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem.
- Promote partnerships with external organisations to deliver meaningful value to members and strengthen our brand.
- Create compelling content and campaigns that excite and motivate our members.
- Inspire and lead a small team, fostering collaboration, growth, and results.
- Boost engagement through personalised initiatives, surprise & delight moments, and member-first strategies.
- Analyse data to optimise loyalty performance, track KPIs, and deliver reporting to senior leadership.
- 8+ years' experience managing loyalty programs end-to-end: design, implementation, optimisation, and evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
- Proven strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised with strong leadership and team management experience.
