About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead our loyalty program, driving strategy and innovation while fostering member engagement and retention.

You will oversee the development and enhancement of our loyalty app, building on existing initiatives and exploring new opportunities for growth.

By collaborating across teams, you will ensure that our loyalty efforts are not only effective but also innovative, driving member satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Loyalty Strategy - Design and implement innovative loyalty strategies that create value for members and are commercially sustainable.
  2. Loyalty App Development - Oversee the evolution of our loyalty app, enhancing usability, features, and engagement while ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem.
  3. Partnerships and Collaborations - Identify and manage external partnerships that deliver meaningful value to members and strengthen our brand.
  4. Loyalty Content Creation - Develop compelling loyalty campaigns and content that excite and engage our members.
  5. Team Leadership - Mentor and support a small team, fostering collaboration, growth, and results.
  6. Data-Driven Insights - Leverage data and insights to optimise loyalty performance, track KPIs, and deliver reporting to senior leadership.
About You
  • 8+ years' experience managing loyalty programs end-to-end: design, implementation, optimisation, and evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Proven strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with strong leadership and team management experience.
