Job Summary
Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at St Francis, Grafton. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the home leadership team, manage the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, and assist with occupancy of rooms.

- Provide strong administrative support to the home leadership team
- Manage the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employees
- Assist with occupancy of rooms
- Create a welcoming home environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Provide high-quality service to families and the community
Requirements
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Proven administration experience in a busy role
- Cert II or III in Business Administration or something similar
- Ideally used Humanforce for shift/roster management
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
