Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This is a full-time temporary position, working 38 hours per week for the 2025 school year.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This will include tasks such as:

  • Handling tasks with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and equity in employment
  • Applying related principles and policies

Selection Criteria:

  • Evidence of well-developed communication, administrative, and office skills
  • Ability to deal tactfully, confidentially, and effectively with people at all levels
  • Capacity to show initiative with organisational and planning skills
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an existing team
  • Capacity to take direction
