Job Description

Our company seeks an experienced leader to manage our retail and bar operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will oversee profit and loss accounts for The HUB and retail outlets, including ordering, invoicing, stock control, quality assurance, and legislative compliance.

  • Cross-train team members and set KPIs aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Drive a values-based culture, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Maintain stock levels and enhance product offerings.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate and supervise staff across departments, ensuring appropriate qualifications and RSA certification.
  • Support wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with the Health and Wellness Team.
  • Implement and optimize POS and stock control systems.
  • Work with security and uphold health, safety, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
  • Experience with POS systems and managing P&L accounts.
  • Strong staff management and operational leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hospitality reservation systems are a plus.
