About The Role
  • Be the driving force behind your facility delivering exceptional customer experience operational excellence and teamwork
  • Lead coach and inspire a passionate local team to achieve great results
  • Oversee all aspects of pool operations from staffing and safety to community engagement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the Centre exceeds expectations
  • Deliver high-quality programs and create an environment where your team and community thrive

You're a natural leader with a drive to make a difference. You bring energy adaptability and a big-picture mindset. You understand the link between employee engagement customer satisfaction and great business outcomes.

  • Proven leadership experience in aquatics recreation sport or leisure
  • Strong communication problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of health & safety practices
  • Experience in managing budgets programs and people
  • Current First Aid & CPR (Level 2)
  • Blue Card
  • Australian working rights
