The Commercial Performance and Optimisation Branch is a key area where you can create lasting value. As a Project Finance leader, you will develop, manage and execute initiatives for high-profile, high-risk projects, delivering exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating complex financial transactions, including planning and execution, to support successful deal negotiation and completion.
  • Overseeing the development of robust financial analyses to inform business case preparation and investment decisions.
  • Providing expert guidance to project teams on commercial risk management, ensuring alignment with contractual frameworks.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial thinking and enhance capability. This role requires experience in developing strong relationships at a senior level and demonstrating knowledge of corporate finance concepts, PPPs or other relevant contract forms.

We are looking for natural leaders who have in-depth experience in complex transaction analysis and execution, including financial modeling and legal documentation development. If you have a strong track record in this area, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing complex financial transactions, including planning and execution.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and modelling, with the ability to develop robust financial models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at a senior level.

You will also need to demonstrate knowledge of corporate finance concepts, PPPs or other relevant contract forms.
