Job Overview

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an administrator role, supporting multiple sites across the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring the system runs smoothly and effectively.

The Support team plays a critical role in maintaining the system's performance. You'll bring your expertise to advise, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, all while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to support queries with speed, accuracy, and great communication
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues via phone and email
  • Evaluate escalations appropriately when needed, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Partner with Payroll and other teams to drive process improvements
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve support and system use

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kronos is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Payroll configuration or payroll process experience
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support others
