About the Role

You will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, leading a high-performing team, and delivering consistent results. This includes training and coaching staff, developing strong relationships with guests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior management in implementing operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed performance targets
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Monitor and control stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance
About You:
  • You have a proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
  • You are a strong problem-solver with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • You hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certification or are willing to obtain one
