About the Role:
As a High Net Worth Portfolio Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. You will manage their unique and complex needs from everyday banking to investments, financial planning, and wealth protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, adhering to the Bank's customer service standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs through quality financial health checks.
- Provide innovative financial service solutions, including lending and investment options, to meet client needs.
- Proactively acquire and refer new clients, leveraging existing portfolios and business partnerships.
- Offer tailored suggestions to meet the specific goals and growth of high net worth clients.
- Solve problems personally, maintaining end-to-end service provision to entire portfolios.
- Collaborate with specialists to refer clients to appropriate services for financial planning, investment, risk insurance, commercial business, and more complex needs.
- Regularly contact customers to maintain effective relationships and assess portfolio growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in mortgage/lending products and services.
- Background in sales with diversified product and service offerings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar (preferred).
- FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance (preferred).
