About the Company:

Morgan Consulting, a renowned global leader in the industry, is seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth in the pump industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small but growing external and internal sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing data, and creating sales strategies to execute action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage external and internal sales teams in the Sales department
  • Set sales targets, analyze data, create sales strategies, and execute action plans by leading the sales team
  • Build a solid sales team and expand the sales organization in line with company directions
  • Solve customer disputes and account issues by liaising with relevant departments
  • Assist Marketing activities in line with company directions
  • Target markets: industrial, commercial building service, and domestic markets in the pump industry
  • Target areas: Australia and New Zealand

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience in industrial and allied equipment, preferably with water pumps
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in B2B of industrial and allied equipment
  • The ability to coach, mentor, and develop both external and internal sales teams
  • A skilled time management approach (Plan-Do-Check-Action)
  • Ability to travel interstate, intrastate, and overseas
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with using ERP systems and CRM
  • Full working rights in Australia as a permanent resident or citizen
