Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely entry of all customer service requests into our CRM system, while providing prompt advice to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum three years demonstrated experience within a customer service environment
  • Experience in the performance of high-quality administration
  • Proficient in the use and operation of Microsoft Office suites and office equipment
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Police Check results that are suitable for this position
