Job Title: Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

This is a part-time role that requires multitasking, initiative, and adaptability. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for greeting clients professionally at all times, providing exceptional customer service, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging patients, maintaining accurate client files, organizing post and couriers, and accepting and finalizing payments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and professional communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team. This opportunity provides ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Reception/Client Services experience essential
