Customer Support Team Member

About the Position:

You will also be responsible for managing inbound calls, chats, and logged tickets in a timely manner. As a member of our customer support team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist pharmacists with technical error inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Manage inbound calls, chats, and logged tickets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive engagement across our platforms and ensure seamless communication with customers.
