Lead Regulatory Compliance Specialist Opportunity Summary This role offers exposure to a high-profile regulatory program and senior stakeholders. You will lead delivery across all workstreams end-to-end, translating regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables.
Job Description: As a key member of the team, you will ensure effective risk management and play a critical role in delivering regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading delivery across all workstreams, developing briefings and facilitating stakeholder understanding, tracking and reporting progress, escalating risks, and identifying process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
  • Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements
  • Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments using Jira or similar systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Risk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields
