Job Overview

The Senior Legal Counsel, Regulatory Investigations role is a critical position within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on significant regulatory matters, including litigation and class actions involving key regulators.
  • Monitor and proactively manage issues relating to legislative and regulatory change.
  • Liaise with external counsel and manage regulatory engagement on behalf of the organisation.
Requirements
  • At least 7-8 years PQE level experience in complex regulatory investigations, preferably related to financial services regulation.
  • A background in top-tier trained law firms and some in-house experience are highly desirable.
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while also enjoying networking and building relationships easily.
