Senior Process Engineer Job Description

The Senior Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our fully automated site. This multifaceted position leverages advanced data analytics to optimize system performance and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
  • Analyze system, process, and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics.
  • Evaluate and improve system, process, and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with customers, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Initiate, assist to sell, and implement revisions, modifications, and retrofits (RMR); identify potential projects, translate them into engineering solutions, and oversee execution from conception to completion.
  • Identify leads, draw up suitable action plans, and implement as instructed.
  • Use analyses to come up with usable insights and proposals for improvements. Make attractive reports and give presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Familiar with all standard analytical methods and techniques and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
  • Develop the engineering capability of the team through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed, representing the technical expertise of the team.
