System Performance Improvement Specialist

- We're seeking a highly skilled System Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our system enhancement opportunities, you'll play a critical role in ensuring systems are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage analytical skills to provide insights on system performance and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Investigate, implement, and manage best practice IT solutions to support our business functions, including helpdesk/service desk solution, change management platform, data integrity, auditing tools, and CHRIS21 integration for our HRIS – SAP SuccessFactors.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle system functions, including modules such as onboarding, recruitment, employee central, payroll interfaces, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and careers reporting.
Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors systems administration and technical design implementation experience.
- High-level analytical, problem-solving, and technical systems skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the business, both verbally and in writing.
- Innovative approach with proven ability to identify opportunities and analyze data to support design solutions and enhancement initiatives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high workloads while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Strong initiative and proactive stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences.
