About the Role- Collaborate with senior leaders to embed risk thinking into everyday business decisions, strategic planning, and operations
- Evaluate and monitor frameworks and metrics to assess risk culture maturity and identify opportunities for growth
- Promote alignment with regulatory requirements, supporting governance and contributing to risk-related reporting
- Foster collaboration across teams to embed consistent messaging and shared responsibility for risk management
About You:
- A seasoned leader in the financial services sector, with a strong background in risk, compliance, or internal audit
- A proven track record of developing and implementing risk culture frameworks and 3LOD capability programs
