Job Title: Settlements Expert

We are seeking a Settlements Expert to join our high-performing team. As a Settlements Expert, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the payments and settlement process, ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all files in the settlement process, working with agencies, conveyancers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and escalate files that require collaboration with the legal team
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Legal, and Customer Success to identify issues and escalate them to the appropriate channels
  • Ensure customer data is up-to-date and industry compliance standards are met
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our products and technology

Requirements:

  • Experience in a conveyancing-related role or similar settlements role
  • A task-focused, people-first individual with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Natural sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • A good listener and able to understand customers' underlying problems
  • Organised, autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage time effectively
  • Loves working as part of a team and actively seeks feedback from others
