**Job Title:** Senior HVAC Draftsperson

**Company Overview:** New Venture Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable HVAC Contractor to find a talented Senior HVAC Draftsperson to join their Sydney team.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Draftsperson to play a crucial role in the Sydney team. As a Senior HVAC Draftsperson, you will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers to deliver HVAC services on projects across multiple sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Produce detailed workshop drawings in Revit MEP.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and finalize HVAC designs.
  • Review and interpret project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Draftsperson, preferably in the commercial, education, or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP is essential.
  • Strong background in producing workshop drawings.
  • Prior trade background would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Salary Package:** An attractive salary package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per annum, plus Superannuation, will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
