Civil Construction Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to supervise civil construction teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects, with knowledge and experience in bulk earthworks, pipework, road construction, and concreting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of civil construction teams and subcontractors
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
  • Promote a positive team culture and ensure effective communication among team members
  • Deliver projects to agreed outcomes and provide regular progress updates

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects
  • Knowledge and experience in bulk earthworks, pipework, road construction, and concreting
  • Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Various plant machinery tickets highly regarded
  • Commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
