As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for effectively leading a small team and subcontractors to achieve desired outcomes. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management of a small team and subcontractors
  • Deliver high-quality projects to agreed outcomes
  • Maintain a strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or Civil Labourer
  • Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
