Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to set menus
  • Maintain high-quality food presentation
  • Communicate effectively with Site Managers and Facility staff
  • Supervise and direct kitchen staff
  • Ensure safe food handling and hygiene practices are maintained
  • Complete food safety documentation
  • Maintain feedback monitoring processes
  • Adhere to budgets, stocktake, and ordering procedures
Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in Aged Care (preferred)
  • Western Cooking experience
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, ordering processes)
