Job Overview

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:
  • Office management including financial administration and staff supervision
  • Coordinating new client and employee inquiries
  • Assisting with project administration and management
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Managing trade accounts and stock
  • Providing administrative support to the director
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in office management or administration
  • Proficient in using Xero for accounting purposes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to close out tasks efficiently
