Part Time Personal & Admin Assistant Role

We're looking for a reliable, organised, dedicated, and proactive person; a second pair of hands to help keep our business and family life running smoothly.

You'll be supporting a busy Director and family with:

  • Managing the Director's schedule, and handling admin and overflow tasks
  • Acting as problem-solver, and trusted support
  • Keeping the home clean, tidy, and organised
  • School pick-ups/drop-offs and helping with two children aged 6 and 8
  • Running errands and general household coordination
  • Caring for and being comfortable around pets

You Are:

  • Someone who genuinely loves children and animals
  • Highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in your work
  • A calm and positive presence in a busy home

You'll need:

  • Prior experience working as PA or in an Admin role
  • Exceptional organisation, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Working with children check
  • License and own vehicle
