We are seeking a highly organised and proactive person to support a busy Director and family in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy and have excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Support the Director with managing their schedule, handling admin tasks and providing general assistance
  • Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for the family
  • Keep the home clean, tidy and well-organised
  • Assist with school pick-ups/drop-offs and help care for two children aged 6 and 8
  • Run errands and coordinate household activities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience working as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is essential
  • Excellent organisation, initiative and attention to detail are required
  • A valid Working with Children check and a license with access to a vehicle are also necessary

The successful candidate will be someone who loves children and animals, is highly organised and able to work independently. They will have prior experience in administration and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
