Sustainability Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to assume the key role of coordinating recycling operations.
This position involves ensuring delivery of materials safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer experience.
- Establish regular communication with drivers to ensure prompt updates on delivery schedules.
- Utilize software to schedule fleet Hooklift trucks daily for efficient dispatch coordination.
- Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including production, transport, workshop, accounts, and customer service.
This role requires previous experience in customer service logistics or a similar field. Additionally, it demands strong Microsoft skills and numeracy capabilities. Experience with aggregates or construction materials is desirable but not essential.
A leader in sustainable construction materials supply aims to recover and recycle millions of tonnes of materials annually to produce high-quality products for greener infrastructure projects.
