At our centre, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Director. This role offers the chance to lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children.

Our centre has a capacity for 28 children per day and requires the Assistant Director to work both on and off the floor. You will be responsible for managing the centre with the absence of the Centre Manager and contributing to the development of our play-based practice.

We are committed to providing a welcoming and friendly team culture, excellent facilities, and opportunities for growth and development. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • ACECQA approved Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education;
  • NESA registration;
  • Working with Children Check number;
  • Current First aid and CPR certificate;
  • Understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
