Job Title

As a seasoned Education Director, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our early childhood education programs.

This pivotal role involves collaborating with educators to drive innovation and excellence in teaching practices.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading curriculum development and implementation, maximizing each child's potential and learning outcomes.
  • Supporting educators to ensure inclusive participation of all children in the educational program.
  • Conducting regular assessments of children's learning and development, guiding educators to set clear goals and expectations.
  • Contributing to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan, driving continuous improvement and best practice.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, recognized by ACECQA.
  • Proven expertise in the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience in the early years sector, ideally with leadership roles.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
