We are seeking a Director of Learning to join our team at Kids Club, a leader in Early Childhood Education. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to help us deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

About Our Centre

Our Arana Hills centre is renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities and playgrounds, providing the perfect environment for our educators to excel. As a Director of Learning, you will play a key role in creating a sense of belonging for children and their families.

Your Role

As a Director of Learning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs and learning environments that meet the needs of all children. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a positive and inclusive culture within the centre.

  • Create and implement engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or studying towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience in the Early Education industry, with knowledge of the EYLF.
  • Passion and motivation to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
