Early Childhood Educational Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our centre as an Assistant Director.
You will play a key role in supporting the Campus Director in delivering exceptional service and quality to our children, team members, and families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, with a Diploma or Degree qualification. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the wellbeing, learning needs and interests of children are addressed through high-quality education
- Meet and greet families, children and visitors at the service
- Roster staff, manage administration and enrolments
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone enquiries
- Assist with conducting tours and interviews
- Manage family accounts and compliance documents
- BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate early childhood programs as required by the EYLF
- Sound understanding of National Education and Care Services Regulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working with Children Check number
