About the Role

Cover-More Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst to join our Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage analytics initiatives to improve operations and customer experience, focusing on new and enhanced reporting solutions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis that supports business decisions and process improvements.
  • Use Business Intelligence tools and SQL to automate and enhance operational performance reporting.
  • Develop and deliver operational reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Identify issues and provide recommendations using data modeling and analytical reasoning sourced from multiple data sources.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and automation to boost reporting efficiency.
  • Support projects and change initiatives by providing data-driven evidence and impact analysis.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through reporting mechanisms that measure the benefits of improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication throughout the organization.
  • Empower leaders with timely and high-quality performance data, reports, and insights.
  • Effectively deliver meaningful reports through both written and spoken mediums to stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in operational reporting and apply them to internal processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in operational reporting, data analysis, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and Business Intelligence software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with digitization and automation for process improvements.
  • Ability to communicate insights from complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
