We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
- Diary management and coordination
- Administrative tasks including billing, provision, and expense reconciliation
- Extensive report formatting and typing
- Presentation and tender preparation
- Researching specific projects as required to support the team

Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit reports and documents
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask with ease
