About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our Centre for Women's, Children's and Family Health in Campbelltown. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic case management support to women and children who have experienced domestic and sexual violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop, implement, and review client plans, identifying strengths and areas of risk.
  • Manage and coordinate brokerage to ensure clients receive the necessary support.
  • Engage clients using appropriate assessment and risk minimisation processes.
  • Coordinate with other service providers, including government departments and agencies, to ensure seamless support for clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to balance competing demands and provide timely responses to clients.
  • A current driver's license.
