Quality Assurance Expertise Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role supports operations with technical guidance, batch disposition, and quality control training. It also involves managing customer and supplier quality processes, including complaints, audits, APQP, PPAP, and NCMRs.

As part of this position, you will develop and maintain quality systems and documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. You will also drive quality performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve FTQ, reduce complaints, and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineer preferred) or related technical field required.
  • 4+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality or technical experience, automotive industry preferred.
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements with practical application in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Flow Chart development.
