Responsibilities
  • A Day In The Life Of a Cook: Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards.
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests.
What do we need from you
  • About You: You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro-style kitchen.
  • You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes.
  • You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team.
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
