Job Description

As a Packer, your role will involve the fulfillment and dispatch side of our online sales. This includes harvesting, packaging, and shipping of jerky to fulfill orders.

You will also be responsible for running a small shopfront, supervising employees, serving customers, and liaising with production and other managers.

This is a full-time guaranteed salary role covering 38 hours per week. Overtime is paid, and you will have some flexibility in finishing times once a week.

Quarterly financial bonuses and incentives are available. You will have access to a cafe and public transport nearby.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Harvesting, packaging, and shipping of products to fulfill customer orders.
  2. Running a small shopfront, including supervising employees and serving customers.
  3. Liaising with production and other managers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

No experience is required, but relevant experience or skills are favorable. You must be organised, efficient, and systematic, with attention to detail and a strong eye for quality and presentation.
