
Employment Services Support Professional

We are seeking a diligent support professional to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will see you provide exceptional administrative assistance, focusing on customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and directing participants attending appointments at our site
- Aiding individuals in accessing job search facilities
- Liaising with contractors and external stakeholders such as training providers, suppliers, and employers
- Maintaining site administration and facilities, including stationery orders, mail, purchase orders, and health and safety management
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident and trustworthy self-starter who excels in achieving meaningful results. You must possess exceptional customer service and time management skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenging situations.
You will have strong administrative skills and attention to detail, combined with proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is mandatory for this position. Successful applicants will need to undertake a police check, although it is not necessary to have a clean record.
