About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide intensive support to both employers and employees post placement. As a supportive team member, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with clients, submitting claims in accordance with contractual requirements, and providing expert advice to site managers and operational staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to employers and employees to maintain existing employment placements and develop future opportunities;
  • Source documentary evidence to ensure efficient claim processing;
  • Collaborate with site managers and operational staff to resolve issues and achieve successful outcomes;
  • Analyze claims compliance trends and report findings to management;
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
