We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining high service standards, supporting tax reporting, and ensuring data integrity for our external non-custody platform services clients.">
  • Manage product administration queries, process client instructions, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a service excellence mindset.
">As a Portfolio Administrator, you will be responsible for reconstructing historical cost base data for CGT reporting, supporting tax reporting processes, and liaising with external providers to ensure accurate and timely report delivery.">You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure data integrity and seamless operations. Your role will also involve processing account closures, service fees, and ensuring compliance with MDA monitoring and reporting requirements.">In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have 3 years' experience in Portfolio administration or a similar role. You must be able to prioritize work and meet agreed deadlines, as well as work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.">Computer literacy in Microsoft applications is essential, as is experience with IPS/Iress and a basic understanding of Corporate Actions and their effect on cost bases.">What We Offer">
