**Bakery Associate Role Summary:**

As a key member of our bakery team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and product experiences to our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety are maintained at all times.

**Responsibilities and Tasks:**

  • Maintain current product knowledge of bakery items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation guidelines.
  • Efficiently move product-filled oven racks, un-tray products from baking pans onto packaging, and garnish baked goods according to item requirements.
  • Scale finished products and record on weight verification sheets, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Package and wrap baked goods by hand or wrapping machine, adhering to merchandise manual guidelines.
  • Utilize racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets, maintaining optimal display and rotation.
  • Assist with other bakery duties as needed, including front-end tasks and inter-departmental support.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Previous bakery experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of bakery operations and production procedures.

**Work Schedule and Availability:**

Must be available to work AM/PM shifts and weekends, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.
