Job Title: Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our bakery team as a Bakery Team Member.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains current product knowledge of baked goods, staying up-to-date with menu offerings.
  • Operates equipment such as ovens and wrapping machines to prepare high-quality products.
  • Scales and packages finished products according to guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintains date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day, creating an appealing store display.
  • Assists with other bakery duties as needed, supporting team members in achieving sales goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work AM/PM shifts and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
