Job Title: Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our bakery team in Highpoint Shopping Centre. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of high-quality baked goods while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and baking of bread, cakes, and pastries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in a kitchen or related environment (desired)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
